Dr. Özbay has authored/co-authored
many technical papers in the area of H-infinity control of infinite dimensional

He is a senior member of IEEE and its Control Systems Society. He was an Associate
Editor of IEEE Transactions on Automatic
Control 1997-1999. He also served on the Board of Governors of IEEE Control
Systems Society in 1999. He is an Associate Editor of Automatica.
